MIKI NITADORI    WORKS

Hello Everyone,

It has been 5 days since the first earth quake hit the north east cost of Japan.
I have been extremely sad to see what has been happening and decided to put my combat in progress series for donation and now proposing you to take this action with me .

The money will be fully donated to Association for Aid and Relief, Japan(AAR Japan) that is a NGO aiming to provide emergency assistance, an organization with no political, ideological, or religious affiliation. They are already in the north region of Japan.

The total donation will be made under  "Combat for Tohoku People" and if possible individual names.
I would like to propose you to take this action because, i think "Combat: Manual for daily living" can symbolize your thoughts for the people and also link your self to the others, community and the world.
Please look at

You can see the images available at

These works are all unique pieces, manually transferred on to printed textiles. the size of the work is 27 x41 cm, stretched on to a canvas.

The price will be decided by people who would like to participate in this action by buying it.
There are two option:

1. to keep this with you. to remember this collaboration , to accompany you in your daily life, to give it to people you care.
2. to give it to people who are in the most effected area in north Japan, as a way to showing your support.( this will take little longer... as it will be given to the people when the context becomes little more stable.)

The most important thing is that we can contribute somehow to the people who need our support.
I would like you to know that this is a common action to reach out to people in distress and to make their life little easier. i would greatly appreciate your collaboration.
If you have further questions please do not hesitate to let me know.

I would appreciate if you would communicate this action around you.

Thank you for your attention and I hope you have a good day.

Sincerely,

Miki Nitadori
