 Japanese artist born in 1971, moved to different countries in her childhood. (Thailand, Hawaii and Europe). Began her art training at Parsons school of Design, Paris, Obtained Bachelor of Fine Arts from Paris American Academy, specialized in painting. Also obtained a certificate of professional training from Speos Photographic Institute. 

From 1996, collaborated with dancers and musicians and in 1999, took part in the artistic movement on 59 rue Rivoli in Paris. In 2000, invited as an artist in residence at Witten Herdecke University to work with the students. In 2001,worked on Mouthful of Air (sponsored by Lomography, city of Paris and Kodak etc) with teenagers who were waiting for their status as refugees.  During this time organized photography course for Speos and for private students.  In 2003, was part of a jury of an award panel for Fujifilm's African press awards. 2010 Residency in Lycées Édouard Branly in the frame work of the project, Écriture de lumière by French minister of culture.

Nominated for the prize, Voies Off at Arles in 2004. Exhibited her works extensively in different country, such as in 2004, Museum der Moderne, Salzburg, Austria, Grande Palais, Paris, FranceBruges, Belgium, l'imagerie, Lannion, France, Gallery Mai, Tokyo.  Lives in Paris.

 Artiste japonaise née en 1971, Miki Nitadori a vécu dans divers pays et cultures durant son enfance - en Thaïlande, à Hawaï, mais aussi en Europe. Aujourd’hui, elle est installée à Paris. Sa formation artistique débute à la Parsons school of Design, à Paris, où elle obtient le Bachelor of Fine Arts de la Paris American Academy, spécialisation peinture. À partir de 1996, elle collabore avec des danseurs et musiciens et en 1999, participe au mouvement « 59 rue de Rivoli ». En 2000, elle est artiste en résidence à la Witten Herdecke University et y travaille avec les étudiants. En 2001, elle travaille sur Mouthful of Air (sponsorisé par Lomography, la ville de Paris et Kodak) avec des adolescents en attente de régularisation de leur statut de réfugiés. En 2003, elle participe au jury du Fujifilm's African press awards. Nominée pour le prix Voies Off à Arles en 2004, elle expose depuis son travail dans différents pays au Museum der Moderne, Salzburg, Autriche, aux Grand Palais, Paris, France, à Bruges en Belgique à l'imagerie, Lannion, France, à la Gallery Mai, à Tokyo au Japon. Cet automne, elle a proposé une projection sur la façade de la Mairie du 3ème, pour la Nuit Blanche à Paris et son « combat, manuel de survie quotidienne a été exposé au cours des mois de novembre et décembre à la Maison des Arts, à Creteil (MAC).
